The story behind Merit Expenses
Merit Expenses was developed with one clear goal in mind – to streamline the expenses process for businesses of all sizes.
The process of managing and implementing processes for business expenses has never been an intuitive experience and this was highlighted by one of Merit Software’s customers. The business had looked at various expenses management products but found that many of them didn’t offer the control and features they required to manage multiple expense policies across different teams in the business. Staff were wasting so much time in trying to adhere to and track multiple policies that they were losing valuable time to grow their business.
With a wealth of software development experience, the team at Merit Software recognised that there was an unmet need for an expense management system that provided flexible policy management with innovative visual dashboards, as well as all of the features you would expect from a system, including mileage tracking and validation, expense reporting, accounts software integration and many other features.
And so Merit Expenses was born
Working closely with our Merit Software customers, we have developed an expenses management system that we are truly proud of.
In a short period of time, users of Merit Expenses have transformed the way that their businesses handle the expense management process. The ability to save valuable time in the process of expenses submissions has allowed users to concentrate on what matters most – developing their businesses.
